Marathi Diwas (Marathi Bhasha Gaurav Din) was celebrated in the school to honour the birth anniversary of Vishnu Waman Shirwadkar (Kusumagraj). Maharashtra Express (Skit) highlighted the different types of Marathi language spoken in difference regions of Maharashtra. One of the students and one of the teachers expressed their view about the importance of Marathi Language. The main motto to celebrating this day was to create awareness among the students about the importance of preserving of their mother tongue.
